Family Pastor/Coordinator (Full-time)

Connection Church Centre is based in the North Solihull area (East Birmingham). We are a lively, forward-looking, growing church that ministers to all ages and has many activities throughout the week.

We’re seeking to recruit a full-time Family Pastor/Coordinator (individual or married couple) to oversee our work with families in particular children and youth in the church and far beyond in the community. We have very successful work in the community and good contacts with families. We need someone who can take the lead and develop this ministry.

You will be working as part of a team alongside the Senior Pastor, ministry leaders, and numerous dedicated volunteers who are very supportive.

We are looking for someone who is creative, dynamic, adaptable, and positive, able to develop initiatives themselves but also a keen team player.

We have excellent facilities which house our children and youth ministry. Rooms and offices are available to make your ministry successful.

This role is full-time with a start salary of £22,000.
